Between moonlight and sunlight
The moon is the star
Photo taken at 7.29 a.m. - sunrise locally at 8.03 a.m.
My original idea was to capture the moment when the brightness of moonlight and sunlight were in balance. This did not work, as the sky was much brighter than the countryside below.
A twenty second exposure, the countryside is lit mainly by the sun's pre-dawn glow in the sky. An aperture of f/14, producing a "star effect" for the moon. To the left, the yellow line in the landscape was traced by a car's headlights.
