Ben ... In training

Young Ben had asked me last week if it would be possible to bake some cakes for school to take in tomorrow, Tuesday ... So today I baked some, and he baked some when he came home from school and later in the evening, we both decorated. All red velvet with cream cheese frosting. I let him do most of it, and I'm very pleased with what he's produced. Well done Ben. He made the Christmas trees all by himself, I just kneaded the fondant and got the right green. He realised how long all this decorating takes today. He took these pics too!

Been a slow start to the week, which has been nice, but definitely a busy evening.
