A little love,a little sugar......

Makes a very sweet boy! Last night after Gavin went to bed, I stayed up baking Christmas Cookies. While my kids were young, we always made dozens of the little almond spritz cookies. These cookies are just the right size for the young and the old....a sweet little bit of comfort food. I also love how the house smells with the aroma of baking cookies. When my son came home after his concert, we sat down and shared a couple cookies and some memories. Today I treated Gavin with one of these almond cookies. You can tell by the smile on his face, he really enjoyed eating it!
