Sun shines on the righteous

Our friends left for home yesterday evening and arrived back in a chilly Manchester just gone midnight.

Having had a few pretty cloudy days, typically, today was more sun than cloud, so we made the most of it, lounging, reading, lunching, drinking, then late afternoon, as the sun started to cool, the evening was beautiful, with great light, so we decided to take a walk (well, I suggested! ;-) around the top road above our apartment.

I took lots of shots, and then found it difficult to select one to share with you!
Me and hub both agreed on this one in the end.

The little chapel, with a palm tree, complete with new yet to unfurl, palms, against the ocean, with the sun setting, perfect.......well almost :-)
