Blue Sky, Grey Day.

Cold and icy today, but the sun shone so I made the most of it by going down to the River - near home, that is, after yesterday's wayfinding problems.
The first thing I saw on arriving was a Dipper, and the camera was still in the bag. Amazing how often that happens - you'd think I'd learn.
There were lots of birds around, especially tits, and I saw another heron - at least I think it was a different one, and even though I'd taken my kit lens along to get a photo of the Olive Oysterling when this little Grey Wagtail started to feed at the water's edge right in front of me, I knew that had to be the blip.
