Friday night treat

It's been a busy and slightly emotional week for the kids (in terms of behaviour and experiences) so Daddy suggested that instead of going straight home after school we should go and do something fun all together.
We opted for indoor crazy golf as there is a great place very close to us. It's a Pirates of the Caribbean themed and is a lot of fun although Dex didn't like the scary music!
We made a very quick exit from school so that we could get there early and it turned out that we were the only ones there which was great as we could take our time. The kids stayed focused and played every hole properly and I think it's just a matter of time before Olivia really starts to challenge us! At the last hole you can opt to return to the start by going down a pitch black tunnel slide. I did it with the kids but have to admit I was a bit of a wimp!

Olivia is in her pyjamas as her class had earned enough super tokens to have a pyjama day with their teacher!

Oh yes and I nearly forgot to mention when I picked Dex up after school his teacher asked if she could have a word with me. Not again, I thought. So today when the whole class were lined up Dex thought it would be really funny to run out of line and 'moon' all his friends! I actually started laughing as I think I was quite relieved. However the teacher didn't think so and I promised I would speak to Dexter about appropriate behaviour at school.
