Pondering ?

As I walked the beach on a grey afternoon my attention was caught by this young girl. There she was standing at the waters' edge,the waves swirling around her legs,the tide slowly advancing,the horizon stretching out forever. I don't know what she was pondering...... bit I did think she was wondering about the future and what it holds....
