I hate Harry!

This is the vacuum cleaner I have grown to hate. We got him as he is supposed to be good for pet hair. And he is. But that's where his charm ends as he is heavy to lug about, gets stuck when you are pulling him along and needs more than a gentle push to hoover up properly. He also never stops smiling, which irritates me even more!!!
