Jackson in the snow

A bright but cold day with snow forecast.

Jackson had trouble trying to overcome jet lag and didn't get much sleep. To keep him awake I took him out to see the snow on the hills. Craigowl, at 1500ft (455 metres) is the highest hill in the Sidlaw range. It was great to see it covered in snow. This spot is only 3 miles from our home.

Jackson then, with my encouragement, made a snowball and threw it at me. This was the first time in his 50 years that he had ever done this and laughed like a young child.

For those who were concerned, he is well wrapped up in one of my coats, with a scarf and a hat!
