I only discovered today that the male is called a Peacock, the female is a Peahen and the babies are Peachicks!

Big celebrations today, The Mountain Cambridge Peachicks were hatched in the very early morning hours. School's closed already for the summer holidays, but Petrus, the school's 'Right Hand' - garden engineer - called us this morning to announce the 'birth' of four Peachicks! Charmaine snapped them with her iPhone, not an easy task because the mom was very nervous due to a Falcon diving down over the are where she tries to hide them! Eish!
