Getting Festive

Hi Tom

I made these two sit and wait with a treat in front of them while I took this. They were very good. One tree up with our around the world tree decorations on. The other I'm hoping to get up tomorrow. Fake tree in the lounge and a nice real tree in the kitchen this year. Nick said he's never known us to have a real tree. We did once. But when you children came along I was worried the needles would get stuck in your little fingers, feet and knees as you crawled and toddled about. Think I need not worry any more.

Had a nice day in London. I had an appointment with someone which was over in 45 mins so spent the rest of the morning shopping in Oxford street. I then got the train to Stratford for a little more shopping at Westfield's and I can now say....I've finished...my Christmas shopping is done.

I left Westfield's, picked the car up and drove straight to Chelmsford where I met julie for a late lunch. Had a lovely catch up with her......and now I'm home. No one is in and I have to say it's rather nice. I don't need to cook and I can lay on the bed and watch TV.

My last teaching for this year tomorrow.
