Year 2, Day 324 - Windy!

Well, I was up at 5.15am to take Dale to training and it wasn't too bad... Then went out at 8am with the dog and it was windy but again, nothing major! We've had worse! I guess the west, north west and the islands are bearing the brunt of it! I did get rather wet though...

However, the wind did start to pick up just before lunch time and when I took the dog out this afternoon, I was quite sheltered in the woods until I got to the top of the quarry, which is quite exposed to the west, where it got a bit blowy and very noisy!! Not many branches on the ground though so it's not been too bad here.

Camera club but I only stayed for the first half as I'm still feeling rough with this cough! Being treasurer I was given the job of collecting everyone's deposits for the meal next week so thought I had better turn up!!!

Deliberately over-processed this shot... It was the only photo I took today. I had hoped for some movement in the trees as they were being quite brutally whipped about but I guess the iPhone only has one shutter speed!
