Day 1055 - Snakes and Leopards

When Def Leppard announced they were touring, Dale wanted to go.  They were also playing with Whitesnake and Black Star Riders.  We completely missed BSR due to the chaos on the Forth Road Bridge diversion routes!!!

I left work slightly early and it was raining hailstones in Methil so the roads were white and slippy and traffic was slow.  This had a knock on effect on my whole journey home as did the snow between Kelty and Saline!  If we are having to be rerouted due to the bridge being closed, the least they could do is check the weather forecast and keep the roads gritted and clear!  It was a blizzard and the road was white!  Turned to rain again after Saline.

2 hours and 10 minutes to get home...

David Coverdale is still a good showman but his voice has had it!  Def Leppard were a bit ropey to start with but got better (thankfully) when they started on their older stuff!  During 'Hysteria' they showed a lot of old footage and photographs from that period, including Steve Clark.  I guess you could say they have been through a lot over the years!
