Nothing Beats Homemade

Got up really early for work this morning! Though there is something to be said for going to work whilst it's dark and the moon is out...it's just a little bit magical :)

Had a busy, stressful shift at work this morning too. But I decided half way through my shift to get some leeks and potatoes from the grocers on my way home and make this! Homemade leek and potato soup!

I just have an afternoon of blankets, hot water bottles and admin stuff on my computer to look forward to now! Then an early night is definitely on the cards for my 3:30am start for work tomorrow!
