A little reprieve from Christmas decs. :-))

Woke this morning to not just frost but ice! Our driveway was literally a skating rink. Was so glad I didn't have to be anywhere today.

Stood at the back door and threw some bread to the birds. It only took a minute but I was frozen to the bone! Was desperate to get outside and photograph some of the frosty plants but the decking was too treacherous. Eventually managed a couple of shots of some Lady's Mantle not far from the back door. It was getting dark and the frost had receded a but but the joy of shooting in raw has allowed me to crank up the exposure and get something I'm happy with. And it's not a Christmas dec. Result!

Cameron, one of Alan's new support workers joined us today. He's just shadowing the other support workers at the moment but I'm sure it won't be long till he's up to speed. He's 21 and Alan's delighted to have him on board. We are too :D
