Out Wednesday-night-eating-out turned Belgian tonight with fries & mayonaise and Belgian waffels! mmmm

This potato reminded me of our DenkTank days. Too many fruits & vegetables our thrown away before they even reach the supermarket, just because they have weird shapes. Let's embrace them instead and fight food waste!
