Stevig soepie!

A nice combination of American & Dutch cooking: a pumpkin soup recipe from Allerhande! It was really good, but I guess the proportions where not geared towards US sized butternut squash. hence the 'strong' soup :)

If you want to give it a try: we also tweaked the recipe a little, adding cayenne pepper, lemon juice and ketoembar.
