Not Ready Yet

We wait for "orange'
to appear all over so
we can taste the fruit

As we drove down 32nd Avenue today we noticed that crews were in the citrus orchards picking and packing oranges. They must be picking everything green because ours aren't ripe yet. It will take a few more days/weeks before they are truly orange. We like to eat them right off the tree.
