Santa Run in Inverness. Some of the Wee Santa runners were flying along!

Darned cold for them. Barely two degrees C, with a raw wind and sleet showers. Well done to all that took part in this charity event.

Cleared the garage floor, which took a while. Numerous bits of timber for the to-be-replaced (...one day) back fence, now residing in the rafters. The car now fits in the garage, and will be living there overnights for the next few months. I hate mucking about clearing frost and ice in the morning, and the car will likely see more use than the bicycle for a while.
