SA Navy Festival

On the way home from Smitswinkel a few of us checked out the free festival put on by the South African Navy in Simonstown, where the penguins are. The ships we toured were outfitted primarily for naval exercises rather than warfare, but the size and technology were stunning. This was actually the first time I've been on any vessel since June 2008. The Navy divers were very much enjoying themselves, likewise spreading joy.
