Finally a Gentle Look

I have snapped hundreds of photos of our resident bald eagles; this is the first one that doesn't look like he was mad at the world! This one actually seems to be looking kindly at me?
I don't know what it is about this pair of eagles....but I look for them every time I leave the neighborhood. They bring a smile to my face.
I am so tired today; I stayed with my teenage grandson and his puppy while my daughter is out of town. The teenager was GREAT, he was home exactly on time, but the puppy got sick and she got me every few minutes wanting to go outside. I hope she is better tonight!!!!
