Run, Run, Run

Today was my first attempt at doing a timed ParkRun - a couple of laps of Cutteslowe and Sunnymead Park in Oxford on a beautifully cold sunny morning with a few of the other Silver Joggers for company (and about another 100 folks too).

Run completed. Time logged. Target for next time.
