Camouflage

If you ever looked at the Tits in your garden and thought they weren't very well camouflaged with their bright green chests, then this picture shows just how well they can blend in with the lichens growing on the branches of this old walnut tree.

Many thanks for all the comments on my Blip yesterday and apologies for the lack of replies. We had an excellent night at Greensand Jazz last night watching the irrepressible Alan Barnes with Bruce Adams and their quintet. If you ever attend some of the many Jazz Festivals around the country you will know Alan and his great playing and sense of humour. A late night, and I wasn't driving!
