This is as close to the front of the lens I get these days!

Busy day at work, but managed to slip out for a walk at lunchtime. This lovely building is only a stone's throw from the centre of town, but it looks more like a Stately home.

This is the former Donaldson's School for the Deaf at Haymarket. It's currently up for sale if you fancy a new Pied a Terre!

At one time it was suggested as a home for the Scottish Parliament, perhaps it was to humble for such a lofty occupation?
