6.30 am Rise to drag a tired teenager to her 7.30 am hospital appointment. Thankfully she was first on the list for Theatre, and all went well. Pin removed, dressing comes off in two days, and stitches next week. We just need to encourage her to move her thumb to ease out the stiffness.

But with (reluctant) Cello practise, gymnastics, dancing, skiing, hockey plus ESSENTIAL thumb use for constant texting - I think her thumb will be getting a good workout!

She had a pleasant drug induced sleep this afternoon - but I'm knackered !

This evening No 3 has started writing her Christmas cards. Here she is at the task, with the Lego Christmas Village still decorating the table.

This weekend the Santa Hornby train comes out - which means that my floor will be covered in Christmas stuff too!
