Variety

Today was going to be a heads down get a piece of work finished day. It has had considerably more variety than that, including arranging a women's self defence class with school*, a run along the river, setting up my sewing machine for a neighbour to borrow, and quite a lot of Christmas present buying following a largely successful planning session last night. I say largely as there was a ton of stuff we didn't get around to after Carlos threw a completely left field present idea into the mix which sent me reeling. So the other thing I have spent most of the day doing is thinking and doing research about that. And yes, I am being obtuse. Sorry. It is quite exciting though and will be eminently photographable should it happen.

EDIT: and nearly forgot I booked a holiday!

Tomorrow I have to be less distracted and it has to involve more actual work work.
