Winter colours

Lovely day today, hard work in the gym then met Andrea and Clare for cuppa and cake, I chose a wholemeal fruit scone in an attempt to feel less guilty. Quick dog walk and then went to see my friend before her op tomorrow and she was baking gingerbread so that would have been rude not to!
