The meeting place

It was an early trip into town this morning for Ian's physio appointment. It was such a glorious morning, so still and a clear blue sky.

So while he was there I popped around the road to the shores of Lake Rotorua and had a quick "play", the light was great. Loved the congregation of different birds all claiming a spot on this island.

An early posting today as need to be back in town by 5 to help get things organised for our final Camera Club night. Normally we have a barbecue with members bringing salads and desserts etc but one of the committee suggested a fun "Fish and Chip" night as we have a great shop just over the road from our club rooms. It will be fun and will even have an ice cream in a cone for dessert....and no preparation for anyone.
