Morning view from Dhampus

This morning we wake to a beautiful sunny clear day and the view from the guest house is pretty amazing. We eat a leisurely breakfast as we only have a short walk today to end the trek. Once we begin it is still steadily downhill for about 90 minutes until we reach our starting point.

We get a taxi and drop Mon off before getting dropped off ourselves back to Shanti Guesthouse in Pokhara. Nice to be back from the trek but we're kind of at a loose end for the rest of the day. Its lovely and warm so we wander into town, have a lovely lunch by the lake. Freddie is craving fresh veg so has a big salad and Andy has pad thai of all things ... nice to have some different food.

We then go back to the guest house and, as its been sunny today, the solar shower is lovely and hot ... a little luxury after this week. Andy's violin, thankfully, seems to have calmed down and is behaving itself so he's happy.
