.....Item 06 on the agenda....Twinning Dicksonfield with Rio de Janeiro. Despite a number of letters, emails and phone calls to City Hall, I regret to report that the Mayor of Rio has not yet responded to our proposal to twin our great communities and host a delegation visit next summer.
