St.Andy Day...

started at 6.45am with Owen's alarm going off which is usually followed 30 seconds later with the cat jumping on my chest from somewhere high. And so it was.

Alison and Eve were staying over so we pottered about until brunch time, when my experiments with the new Espresso maker netted a decent brew.

Then to Stockbridge to order cheese, buy coffee beans and chat with Carl and Neil. Carl has just returned from Everest Base Camp and Neil was buying a chicken.

Then then to St.Andrew Square, Boots, Tiger Store and The Windsor for a refreshing half of frothy, hoppy ale.

Just reading the Smith Commission report and I'm pleased to learn that Devo-Max has delivered and we are to gain complete control over all of our road signs. Delighted with this outcome.
