MoCrawl
I had a nice lie-in today... didn't wake up until 9am!!! Amazing stuff.
Once I'd got myself ready and looked over the paper headlines, I went down to the park to celebrate one of the little girls on the street's 2nd birthday. Her dad had asked me to take some photos, so I was on duty around some great catch ups.
I then went home and finally got all of the documentation together (including CV, cover letter and key criteria) to apply for a job. I'd really like this one... very interesting, in my field, but with a very different approach that should appeal to my creative side a lot more. I don't hold much hope, but as Gina told me, you've got to be in it to win it!
I then went to The Retreat to play a gig with The Lucilles. We'd only practiced together once a couple of weeks back, but we pulled it out anyway and they were happy with my performance (which was good seeing as it was mostly improvisation!!).
Sitting outside the pub were these four on a 'MoCrawl' to celebrate the end of Movember (a Melbourne invention that's gone global - growing a moustache to raise awareness of men's health issues). I can confirm that the airhorn on that chopper works, and it's bl00dy loud!!!!!
