Frogmouth Owl

After painting the kitchen yesterday and photographing Chelsea's birthday last night, I was up this morning and off to Bonnie's first birthday this morning.

It was good to see Damo - after having seen him every week for 4 years, I've not seen much of him since The Shivering Timbers split up last year.

There were three of these Frogmouth Owls in the tree right over where we were sitting in the park - this was the full extent of my zoom, so not the best photo, but they're really cool to watch!

The rest of the day was spent painting and putting together kitchen cupboards (via another park for a 3-year-old birthday party)
