Black Friday Walk

Not difficult for us to miss out on the shopping frenzy which descends on America after the Thanksgiving holiday. We headed up the Potomac and had a pleasant walk along the C and O Canal. Very few folks around and we had Maisie off the lead - unfortunately she immediately rolled in something unpleasant. Light was terrible for photography but did get a brief bit of sun on this old abandoned lock house near the car park.

Thanksgiving itself was a great success - had a couple of friends whose families were elsewhere and A cooked an excellent meal.

General opportunity to recharge the batteries - work has been full-0n of late.
