Memories of summer

This is the swimming dock at one of the many lakes on our little island. In the summer this dock is a popular place to enjoy the sunshine. Across the lake is a resort where you can stay in log cabins and enjoy the beauty of this beautiful place.

There was no one around when I arrived here, but just after taking the photo a guy turned up. We exchanged a few words, including his "another day in paradise." So yes, I am thankful I live in such a beautiful part of the world
