Second time around

Is it me or is Blipfoto up to mischief? I have just uploaded a photo and wrote my blog then the whole thing dissapeared!
Hate having to do things twice!

Ended up in Inveraray and met my pal from Glasgow who decided to be spontanious which is unusual for her!
We met late afternoon and decided to get something to eat. I was a bit sceptical as this being Scotland hotels etc dont expect to have to feed you after 2pm and before 6pm! The number of times I have come a cropper with this one is unreal, the most recent being last week when we stopped at a nice place next to one of Argylls many canstles only to be told "we don't serve hot food after 4" Growl growl, hubby just looked at me as if to say be quiet as I usualy erupt at such bad hospitality.
Anyhows my pal and I went to the George hotel and yes they did serve food all day long. Sitting beside a roaring log fire, we both had a soft drink, two main courses, two sweets all for 25 quid. Amazing especially as the food was fantastic. Off we went for a walk round Inveraray and got a few pictures then back to the George for a lovely coffe beside their other roaring log fire. Small wonder this hotel was buzzing all day ! Great food, great service and lovely surroundings, perfection, S------ V--- please take note you know who you are !

Tomorrow I have to go to blomming Strath flaming peffer Again for a works training weekend. Its well seeing that our training officer isnt a parent or they would have realised that this Sunday is Mothers DAy. Youngest daughter organised as usual bought me a Terrys chocolate orange and a wee cake. I did drop a hint to eldest daughter on the phone but I think it went right over her head! as for #1 son, he hardly knows what day of the week it is let alone Mothers DAy

When in Inveraray today I came across Cremola Foam, wow its been years since I had a taste of that so am off just now to revert back 40 ++ years and have a glass
