Dreamily drifting away...

Thank you all so much for sending my 'Ayr heaven on earth' into the spotlight. It was a wonderful surprise on a day I felt cautiously optimistic for a change after a good day at work.

Dad said to me years ago that if you can treat success and failure with equanimity, you are sorted. Well, that wasn't the exact words but I'm sure you get my drift. I'm OK at that as being one of life's miserable bags pessimistic souls, anything good is a bonus and anything bad is as I expected anyway!

It's a bit like Blipfoto really. There are days when you get nothing much and other days that are magical.

Today I was frowning because my report that worked fine yesterday in a test environment will not work at all in a live environment! Dratted thing!

I will pull it apart tomorrow. I always work better early in the day which is why I am nodding off now. A week off beckons!!

I wandered out along the seafront again for the freshest air. It was calm with hardly anyone around. I sat on a wall for a while watching the ripples. It was a relaxing time before I headed home for tea...
