Autumn colour

I went to an auction of 'affordable silver' today. Unfortunately I didn't get the opportunity to view properly before the sale started so I didn't really want to bid on anything. I was really surprised how cheap things were - several really nice silver plate tea sets went for £15-£20. Even the proper silver was generally under £100.
My last experience of auctions was not a good one. I had 2 signed photos of Mohammed Ali which sold for £70 but I never received the money. Trading Standards were involved, the auctioneer declared himself bankrupt and he is currently up in court on fraud charges. Hey-ho!
