Housing Authority called!

Woohoo!

One of our houses is going onto Section 8 (council housing). The tenant has a need and the welfare state is putting up part of the rent. Which means we don't have to fight for each month and it's the house in the dodgy end of town as well.

The tenant is pretty good to be honest, not reliable, but keeps the house nice. Stops the airconditioner being stolen at the very least, so quite pleased that we're finally going to get some reliable rent from this unit.

Plus, with any luck, this tenant will be here now for more than a few years. It'd be nice if we were getting a bit more money from HUD, but what we'll get is enough for now.
