Bathroom Tiles

For tiles that must be at least 50-60 years old they are in pretty good shape.

Apart from these ones.

The new pedestal sink is not going to hide this mess very well, so looks like we're putting a layer of new tiles ontop. Thought about showerboard.....but the tenant going into this apartment maybe here for some years (seriously, 10+ years is our bet). So whatever I do, it needs to last.
