Getting the gate open

Breesha pays a lot of attention to handles on doors and gates, she's made the connection that that's how they open, she just hasn't worked out how they operate.

Had a good day, dog walk, gym session, supermarket and then most of the afternoon cooking which I enjoy. To keep me company I've been listening to downloads of Desert Island Discs. Jack Dee was describing how he was continually described as "thick" at the prep school he attended, once addressed as such by his Headmaster at a school assembly. Reminded me of something I once read and try to apply when talking to little people.
"It's easier to build up a child than to repair an adult, choose your words carefully".

Just noticed my blip from this day last year - the day after we got home from Australia and we collected our gorgeous wee puppy, we've had a brilliant year with her.
