Brrrrr.

I'm not keen on the month of November, I'm so aware of the shortening daylight hours. Walked Breesha the dark this morning, before attending hospital to get the stitches out, then off to work, left work and walked Breesha again in the dark. It could be worse, if I was full time I'd be walking her in the dark every day. My hand is very sore, after the stitches were removed by a very gentle, kind nurse the evil physio had a session with me, very ouchie. Last night we were out with our future son-in-law Tom's parents. They're here from Manchester for a wee reccie of Glasgow before the wedding in April. They're really nice people, we had a meal out with good chat and no awkward moments. Tonight I go to spin fit, at this time of the year when I can't put in the road miles it's a good stand by but I don't enjoy going back out into the cold. Tomorrow night we're out for a meal with our friends Jackie and Kenny, they're my cycling buddies, we haven't seen them for a while because they're building an extension themselves. They've both lost loads of weight because of the building work. So basically I'm cold and tired and looking forward to a quiet weekend when it comes.
