Busy bird

Here is the white breasted nuthatch that is frequenting our suet block lately. It is almost always running up and down the tree near the feeder. I think it's getting more and more used to me being around with my camera.

Today was cooler but still sunny most of the day. I saw stars tonight and also a bright crescent moon. I cleaned out the inside of my car (long overdue), took Riley for a walk, and then before making dinner I collected up all our garden stakes and bird baths and got them under shelter ahead of the snow that is predicted tomorrow.
