Pretty teapot

During our visits to wineries along Cayuga Lake on Saturday, we also visited the Mackenzie Childs gift shop. Mr M spotted this teapot and decided we would spend the money to buy it. It's one of the least expensive items in the shop. So it now graces a prominent spot on the ledge in our kitchen. It is doubtful that we will actually use it, we will just display it.

Very very blustery today, but also quite warm. The forecasters are calling for a snowstorm on Wednesday which is going to affect a lot of travel plans for Thanksgiving on Thursday. I will be driving to Mr M's work to pick him up Thursday morning so I am hoping that streets are cleaned efficiently and conditions are good by that time. We will see.
