DENTIST!

Trip to the dentist today (planned) to have part one of my cap replacement. Forty five minutes in the chair, impressions taken and colour if cap chosen. All I get is to look at these framed "teeth" related pictures, or the light fitting whilst the dentist asks "are you ok?"

All done, injection will take a couple of hours to wear off. Home via Sainsburys/Starbucks then home for lunch - result = one fat lip! eating lunch and not having full sensation!

On a good note, lost a pound in weight this week, which I am pleased with, especially as I was away for three days and went out to dinner on Saturday.
