By way of contrast to last week, today's round was played in persistent rain, gloom and raw cold.

The good news was that the clubs had obviously got the message from their brief encounter with the reciprocating saw on Friday and behaved themselves until the last couple of holes when fatigue (metal or otherwise) set in.
