Darn Silly!

I managed to get what I needed to get done today before the light vanished, so I took advantage of it and got my running kit on plus a few more layers! So you have me in my thermals and my running kit about to do on a little run. Only did 3miles today, wanted to keep my back and shoulder relaxed after being very sore and tight in the last week. Shoulder and back seem OK. Temperature 3.5 degrees in our village!! I look pretty darn silly!! And yes I did 'pose'!!

Anyway this is my only photo of the day. If I had realised that my tag was out I would have got Chris to re take the photo!
