There's no mini-bulldozer to scoop this debris up and pop it in the skip just out of shot, only this gang of young men wearing their open toe sandals and using their buckets and spades. At least they shared a few jokes as the dust swirled around their heads in the chill air which also carried a few specks of rain and at least they have a job, no matter how temporary.
