I just don’t do!

Interestingly my back today has been quite sore and a little ouch’y. This is an unusual sensation for me as…
a) I don’t like to hurt

b) it nearly stopped me from driving and getting about, painkillers are my new best buddie ( I should never have driven ((I cant look over my shoulder))…and can I admit I’ve been grouchy at work?)

c) I’m famous (in the family) for being on the go

d) I just don’t do ouch’y and running is just a no go and

e) can you believe there is an ‘e’ I just don’t do ouch!
