Boots required

Walking in this field behind the church definitely requires welly boots now. The ancient moat is just beginning to collect water, (perfect for rolling in if you're a Golden retriever) and the long grass is always sopping in the mornings!
The big tree in front of the church is an ash, quite bare now. This is a pretty part of the village, with several very old houses and trees of an infinite variety!
